Terms of Service

By purchasing our magazine issues through our website, you agree to the following terms of service:

1. General Scope

These Terms of Service shall apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded by Neither Publications Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India under the number 07AAGCN4354BlZQ, whose registered office is located at 66 Navjiwan Co-Operative Housing Society, Navjiwan Vihar, New Delhi 110017.

2. Price and Payment

The price of the magazine shall be that stipulated on our website at the date of order. The prices displayed on the website are shown in ₹ (INR) exclusive of any delivery charges. Payment of the total purchase price (including  any delivery charges) must be made in full before dispatch of the order.

3. Delivery

All orders, wherever possible, will be delivered within two weeks of the order being placed. In the event that the we are unable to deliver the order within the time specified, we will contact you to advise of the situation and you shall be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund or agree a later delivery date.

4. Cancellations and Returns

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you may email us within 3 days of placing an order. The order cannot be cancelled once shipped.

If you are unhappy your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition within 7 working days, and we will provide a full refund (excluding delivery costs).  To make a return, please send your item back to the appropriate address listed below. The item should be securely wrapped, along with your delivery note and a letter explaining the reason for the return. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service.
